Best Western Plus Hotel Canet-Plage

The staff were extremely helpful to us. Just before arrival we had a burst tyre on our hired car ( we were on a road trip of the Cathar Trail and the Pyrenees- Orientales) . The reception staff came to our rescue ( when the hire car company didn't) and arranged for a local garage to come and check the car and then provide and fit new tyres. We would have been really stuck without the help of the reception staff and can't thank them enough. If there was a means of us putting them forward for a staff service award we would like to do so. The staff then organised a taxi to take us to Colliure for lunch ( this was to be a highlight of our road trip and of course no car) and also booked a restaurant with a view for us. They also recommended a popular restaurant in the old town of Canet-en- Rousillon which we went to and which was excellent ( we were also given a map and several recommendations for local restaurants which was very helpful) We were very impressed with the service. Additionally.... Large selection of items for breakfast and freshly prepared. Staff kept the area very clean. Very good shower which was easy to control temperature ( this was not always the case on our road trip). Excellent view from the balcony to the beach and Mediterranean.

Good place directly at the beach with many beachclubs where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas. Good size of the room. Breakfast room was nice. The reception could give helpful recommendations for restaurant.

Good breakfast with a wide range of food on offer, comfy bed. friendly staff, bike hire next door was good.

Excellent location, staff highly competent and friendly, hotel facilities as expected, good security and quality of room maintenance.

the views of the mountains were spectacular, especially with the sunset on that side too! the hotel was lovely and perfect for a couple looking for a 5 day get away. the staff were very friendly and helpful and made our stay all the more enjoyable! would definitely head back.
